Original contract language: contributors to collection of articles
IT IS HEREBY AGREED
- 1.(a) In consideration of and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement the Author hereby grants the Publisher for the legal term of copyright the sole and exclusive right and licence to produce and publish the contribution in all forms and media throughout the world and to negotiate the sale of the right to reproduce the contribution in all forms and media in whole or in part in any language.
- (b) Notwithstanding 1(a) above the Author shall have the non-exclusive right to include the contribution in any future volume of his or her own subject only to due acknowledgement to the Work.

1.(a) In consideration of and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement the Author hereby grants the Publisher for the legal term of copyright the sole and exclusive right and licence to produce and publish the contribution in all forms and media throughout the world in this first edition of the Work and to negotiate the sale of the right to reproduce the contribution in all forms and media in whole or in part in any language. Any electronic publication of the Work shall be subject to the Author's approval.
(b) Notwithstanding 1(a) above the Author shall have the non-exclusive right to include the contribution in any future volume of his or her own, on his/her own personal or institutional website (including the right to put pre-print/pre-edited versions of the contribution and such pre¬print/pre-edited versions on a collective pre-print server) and for teaching and research purposes, but not for mass distribution, subject only to due acknowledgement to the Work.
(c) Twelve months after publication of the Work, the right granted in 1(a) above becomes a non¬exclusive grant of rights.
